Rising Star Talent Competition

The Rising Star Talent Competition, sponsored by the Georgetown-Quitman County Junior Commission, will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 7:00 pm EST at the Quitman County Elementary/Middle School Gymnasium. Admission for the show will be $3.00 at the door.

Auditions will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Quitman County Neighborhood Service Center.

Voting will be conducted via text messaging. Standard messaging rates apply.

OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES & GUIDELINES

The Rising Star Talent Competition, sponsored by the Georgetown-Quitman County Junior Commission, is a legitimate county-wide vocal contest. Anyone who meets the following guidelines will be considered eligible for participation:

·         Be between the ages of 12-18.

·         A resident of Georgetown-Quitman County OR the surrounding counties.

·         Must complete a pre-audition application and complete it before your audition.

 NOTICE

Auditions are held on a “first come, first served” schedule. Auditions will last from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST.
